BLOG: Experience “The Thrill of Everything” at Real Estate Forecast

The Fresno County Economic Development Corporation (EDC) invites you to join us for our 17th Annual Real Estate Forecast on Thursday, April 21 at the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in downtown Fresno. Doors will open at 5 p.m. and the program will begin at 5:30 p.m. sharp. After the main event, there will be a reception held until 8:30 p.m.

This exciting annual event discusses the health of Fresno’s booming real estate industry and how EDC of Fresno County is helping grow the California dream! This year the theme is “The Thrill of it All” focusing on Fresno County’s robust real estate market. This popular event combines industry commentary, micro and macro analysis, and predictions for the year ahead. This is an essential event for real estate agents, developers, investors, and business and civic leaders, as well as a great networking opportunity.

The real estate market in the Central Valley, and specifically in Fresno County, has certainly been a roller coaster ride. Inventories tightened, prices rose and mortgage rates remained low. New construction increased at the end of the year, but not at the price of starting houses where demand is high. We invite you to hear from our expert panelists who will share their experiences and forecasts for the Central Valley real estate market.

Nick Audino of Newmark Pearson Commercial will moderate a panel of industry leaders discussing multiple real estate sectors; Steve Flach, 2022 President of the Fresno Association of Realtors and Realtor with Guaranteed Real Estate, will discuss Residential; Robin Kane, Senior Vice President of Mogharebi Group, will present on Multi-Family; Brett Visintainer of the Visintainer Group will discuss investments; Beau Plumlee, senior vice president of Colliers International, will provide an update on Office; Peter Orlando, Senior Vice President of Retail California, will speak on retail; Ethan Smith, Senior Vice President of Newmark Pearson Commercial will present on Industrial; and Sullivan Grosz, Ag Division President, Pearson Commercial will speak on agriculture.

As a guest that night, you’ll be welcomed into a fun and festive atmosphere, have your photo taken and enjoy hors d’oeuvres and an amazing networking reception after the main event. You’ll walk away with a free publication that highlights and forecasts the real estate market, including statistical data, market comparisons, and future plans in Fresno County.
